ALC Construction is located in the heart of the central valley in Springville, Ca. ALC Construction has been operating as a small family owned business since 2008. Owner Tony Couch has 25 years of working construction experience and construction management. Tony provides construction experience and craftsmanship with each construction trade. ALC Construction is currently licensed through the CSLB with a B-General Building Contractor, C-6 Painting and Decorating, C-33 Cabinetry, Millwork Finish Carpentry and C54 Tile License.
